It has been my pleasure to work with NutriFirst as a Supreme Trainer to train 6 of their contestants for the NutriGirl 2017 event. The girls gave their best efforts for these 5 months in preparation for the show and really shined bright!
More than just working out; I was monitoring their body composition and diet, plus giving them advice on the various supplements provided by NutriFirst to aid them in the prep.
Proud of you girls, you did a fantastic job!
